Data I collect

Through the contact form: name, phone (optional), email, plan of interest (optional) and message. Your IP address is also stored temporarily to limit repeated submissions.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry or quote request.
• Preventing spam and repeated submissions (bot protection).
• Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and pre-contractual measures.

Recipients

Your data is sent to the owner’s email and, if enabled, to a private notification on Telegram through its API. Telegram may process data outside the EU; see its privacy policy. I do not share data with other third parties unless legally required. Messages are not stored in a database on this site.

Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Only if you accept, I use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Google may process data outside the EU with the safeguards provided (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). See its policy at policies.google.com.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to reply and is then deleted. IP addresses are kept for one hour at most.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@webcraftnative.es. If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
